当我们发现失去了我们房屋的原始标题时，我们该怎么办？

第一步，业主需要提交警方报告，下面列出的主要细节必须记录在报告文件中。

? Information about the property?No & type of land title ; No Lot/P.T; Mukim dan Negeri

除此之外，业主还必须与誓言专员会面，以宣誓该文件。业主需要向相关土地局提交以下文件和费用，以申请注册失去的业权契约：

?An affidavit of the owner of the stamp and seal?
?police report certified as true copy by the police
?certified true copy of the issue document of title
?official search report
?certified true copy of the identity card of the applicant
?certified true copy of the latest paid quit rent receipt

?certified true copy of the latest paid assessment receipt
