Payment policies

To secure your booking, drhomesearch.com will charge your bank card for Rm xxx. This will be released, refund if your booking cannot be confirmed. Once your booking has been confirmed, it cannot be amended. Confirmation email will send out within 24 hours

New launch projects purchasing term

The Sales & Purchase Agreement must be signed within 21 days from the date of confirmation email. In default of signing the SPA within the validity date, the several amount of the booking fees will be forfeited and the booking unit will be released.
Loan progressing status must be confirmed within 14 days with our committed banker/bank.
Cancellation with 2 Rejection letter will get fully refund within 180 days from developer.
Cancellation without rejection letter will be forfeited several amount from the booking fees as admin charges and the booking unit will be released. Balance after penalty will be refund to you by Dr.HomeSearch.

Subsale Property purchase term

The Sales & Purchase Agreement must be signed within 21 working days from the date of confirmation email. In default of signing the SPA within the validity date, the full amount of the booking fees will be forfeited and the booking unit will be released.
Loan progressing status must be confirmed within 14 working days with our committed banker.
Cancellation with 2 Rejection letter will get the fully refund within 30 working days from Dr.HomeSearch.
Cancellation without rejection letter will be forfeited the full amount of the booking fees and the booking unit will be released.

Homestay for rent term

We understand that sometimes plans fall through,there are no any charges for date amended.
The room/unit type and rate selected are non-refundable. Should you cancel this reservation for any reason, your payment will not be refunded.
No refunds will be issued for late check-in or early departure/ shorted stay.
Stay extensions require a new reservation. ( subject to availability ).
Your room/unit will be guaranteed for late arrival with inform us,notice must be given to us within 24 hours before check in.
The price shown DOES NOT include any applicable property service fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as airport transfer or telephone calls), or regulatory surcharges.The property will assess these fees, charges, and surcharges upon check-out.
– Only allowed smoking at balcony area.
– please make sure return the property as you check in and there are clean.
This property requires that you are at least 18 to check in.
Prices and room/unit availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.
Failure to arrive at your property will be treated as No-Show and no refund will be given.

Room / House For rent term

The Tenancy agreement must be signed within 15 working day from the date of confirmation email. In default of signing the tenancy agreement within the validity date,the booking fees paid herewith shall be forfeited.
Vacant possesion of premises would be given only upon signing of tenancy agreement and clearance of all monies.
All expenses including stamping fees and admin fees of the tenancy agreement shall be borne by you.
If Dr.HomeSearch unable to given the premises as you booking after the confirmation email send out, Dr.HomeSearch will help you to change another unit for replacement or refund the full amount of booking fees for you.

Refund policy

The payment which is pay through our payment gateway ( debit card / credit card ), there will have 3% charges as processing fees, balance after deduction will be credit to you.

We are committed to providing quality services to our customers. Dr.HomeSearch reserves the right to limit or deny returns, exchanges or refunds.
In exceptional cases,Dr.HomeSearch will decide on refunds and exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
